..........BRAIN STROKE......

The symptoms of stroke will depend on which area of the brain is affected.  The most common symptoms include sudden weakness or numbness of the face, arm, or leg in one side of the body, sudden slurring of speech or difficulty in and understanding speech, suddenly trouble seeing in one or both eyes, sudden severe headache with no apparent cause.  If any of these symptoms appears, the victim should be rushed to the hospital.

Stroke ia a condition where there ia a loss of brain function due to an interruption in the blood supply to the brain.  There are generally two types of strokes.....ischemic or hemorrhagic.  An ischemic stroke happens when blood flow to a certain part of the brain is compromised due to blockage of an artery where a hemorrhagic stroke results from a leak or rupture of an artery in the brain.  When either of these happens, the interruption is blood flow will cause brain cell death and damage.

Brain Attack is now the preferred term for a stroke to stress, the importance of prompt recognition and treatment to minimize the deficit or even reverse the symptoms.  The sooner a stroke is treated, the less brain cells die.  It is important to take note of the time when symptoms first appears because the drug may restore blood flow in an obstructed artery and potentially reverse the symptoms.  This is not a medication for all stroke patients, but for those in whom it is indicated, rt PA is a clot buster, that may be administered in selected patients within three hours from the time the symptoms of stroke appear.  Therefore, physicians must see the patient quickly and diagnose them appropriately.

The patient with a stroke is admitted and monitored carefully is the acute stroke unit for the neuro critical care unit if more intensive management is required.  Stroke unit have been proven to lessen complications and increase the livelihood of better outcomes for stroke patient.  The multi disciplinary and coordinated involvement of stroke experts, including nurses and physicians, guided of established stroke pathways and protocols ensure the best care for a stroke victims.

Stroke is preventable.  Knowing your stroke risk factors and dealing with them may lessen your chance of having a stroke.  Two types of risk factors exist a patients control.  This includes genetic predisposition,  a history of previous stroke, age (the elder one becomes, the more prone they are to stroke)  and lifestyle risk factor that can be controlled include hypertension, diabetes, cigarette smoking, obesity, high cholesterol, heart disease, physical inactivity and even stress.

. ..."KEY TO HAPPINESS"....

If you want to be happy, think positive and take a
break from your mobile phone, ipad, or internet.

The main external factor affecting a person's
happiness is the quality of their relationship,
at home, at work and in the community.  And
the main internal factor is their underlying mental
health.

It's recommendations on how to stay in high
spirits include advice to help others, excuse and
pursue goals and less obvious tips, such as
meditating, taking a break from the mobile phone
and internet and organizing a greet party.

     Government are becoming increasing concerned
with assessing national well-being using data outside
traditional economic measures to help mould policy.

To find new ways to measure economic progress
taking into account social well-being......

......"PROTECT YOUR CHILDREN FROM ABUSE"......

Children are valuable, have worth and are unique person.

This was the experiences of violence of the children....The violence really shocked; several were scolded in public, one was blamed for doing something of which the person was innocent;  Several were whipped with a belt, a horse whip and broom, some where asked to kneel for 30 minutes on salt or mongo beans, one was imprisoned in a pig pen, others were sent out of the house, one was hung with feet tied and head down, one was prevented from going to school, one was forced to harry at the age of 15, one was molested by an uncle. Children were very much angered and fearful by their experience .  They felt very humiliated and worthless.  One child says that the parents did not love her .  Other ask, why is this happening to me?
Some of the victim of abuse actually left home.  Other become silent.  Others avoided those who had hurt them.  One went to an uncle for protection.
Violence is at times inflected to discipline, and to prevent negative behavior.  But very few mentioned changes for the better.  Some was challenged to work hard to school.  But there were many harmful effects on victims, lower self-esteem, emotional scars and easy provocation to anger.  Some victim also maltreated children, repeating the cycle.  Others became rebellious.
In trying to picture the situation of children, it has been observed.  The young now have greater freedom of expression.  Parents are starting to be aware of children's rights and gender sensitivity.  More and more, the youth are involved in community problem solving and decision making.
What are the issues affecting children?  First, poverty that affects all aspects of their lives.  Then there is failure to protect them from abuse.  And there is the issue of providing them with opportunities to develop all their potentials.  Finally, the young are subjected to various ways of manipulations and rejection.
We should lead to a more "humane society" of supportive families and individuals who are healthy, happy, wholesome, and responsible.  The government is  committed to cutting the cycle of violence as early as possible for the protection of the children.....

...."TEENAGE KIDS NEED TO KNOW HARMFUL EFFECTS OF SMOKING"....

Our country remains a smoking hot spot.  It is the parents who are the last to know that their teenage kid is on the hook.  The number of male and female teenagers especially in the trendy places, bars or club and even in school, is on the rise.  Young kids often emulate teen idols they see smoking in movies, televisions and concerts.  They hang out of malls and act like grown ups, and curiosity or trying out something thrilling and new are the few reasons why they are lured early into the smoking habit.  Parents ought to lead by example.
children need to know the harmful effects of smoking from an early age.  The best thing a parent can do is to help the kids learn the facts and risks of smoking.  Help them and understand them.  Teenagers need something to substitute the desire for smoking---sports, maybe swimming, basketball, etc.  Never over react.  Just explain to your teenager what he needs to know about smoking.....
     * Smoking at an early age increases the risk of lung cancer.
     * Cigarette smokers cause of heart disease and stroke.
     * Someone who smokes a pack or more of cigarettes each day lives seven years less than someone
faster than non smokers.
     * Teens who smoke are three times more likely than non-smokers to use alcohol, 8 times more likely to use marijuana, and 22 times more.  Smoking is associated with other risky behaviors and violence such as fighting and even engaging in unprotected sex.
      * Teenage smokers are more likely to have seen a doctor or other health professionals for an emotional and psychological problem and complaints.
Parents should spend more quality time with their teenage kids in order to gave them love and guidance through their adolescent years.
The government should never stop the war against smoking and lawmakers should work on creating a good tobacco control program.....

......."NUTRITIOUS FOODS FOR THE BODY"...

AVOCADO....
It's rich in protective antioxidants and essential fatty acids, which helps keep skin plump and smooth. Eating fruits can also help replenish the protective layer of fatty acids that surrounds skin cells, keeping moisture  in and preventing dehydration.  Avocado consider the overachiever of beauty super foods.
An avocado face mask may help slow serious aging process, research found that applying avocado oil to skin can stimulate collagen and elastin production.  Make an anti-aging moisturizing mask by pureeing a ripe avocado and mixing it with 1/4 sour cream, which has lactic acid to help exfoliate dead skin cells.  Spread over your face and leave on for 10 minutes before rinsing with water....

TEA.....
Teas boost skin-boosting antioxidants, but green and white varieties are especially good because they have double the antioxidants of black tea as well as EGCG(epigallocatechin galate), a type of antioxidant that protects skin from damage caused by exposure to sun and pollutants.  Sip up but look with the brew too, it makes a great poaching liquid for chicken or fish.
Tea is natural hair-color booster that can function as a rinse to bring our highlights in dyed or undyed hair.  Chamomile revitalizes golden highlights in blonde hair, black tea perks up brunettes, and berry or red teas add oomph to auburn or red hair.  Prepare 8 ounces, let it cool, then saturate your strands with the solution.  put on a shower cap and wait for 15 to 10 minutes, then rinse with water.....

ALMONDS....
Almonds contain high levels of catalyses, an enzyme that may help slow the graying process by preventing a buildup of hydrogen peroxide in follicies that can cause hair to turn gray.  Almonds aren't just a snacks, though:  Pulverize them in a food processor and add to waffle batter, or use as a crunchy coating for chicken.
Try an almond body scrub....Grind 1/4 cup almonds in a food processor until superfine, then mix in 2 tablespoons organic virgin coconut oil t make a paste.  In the shower, rub the skin softening mixture over tough areas, such as knees and elbows, and then rinse with water.....

COCOA.....
Cocoa has a high concentration of flavanols, plant compounds with antioxidant to properties that help protect skin from sun damage.  Add a teaspoon of 70 percent cocoa powder to  cup of BBQ sauce for richer flavor.
A no-cal way to get the skin benefits of cocoa's flavanols;  Use it as a bath soap.  To do, add 1/8 cup unsweetened cocoa powder, which also nourishes dry skin and 1/3 cup instant fat-free dry milk to your tub.....

YOGURT.....
Spooning up yogurt can help keep your grin gorgeous.  It has calcium and phosphorous that can strengthen tooth enamel and protect your teeth from cavities.  Greek-style yogurt are high in protein, which is an essential nutrient for the production of collagen, a fibrous substance that keeps your skin youthful looking. more daily dairy by replacing regular sour, cream with fat-free plain yogurt in recipe for salad dressing.
Yogurt contains lactic acid, an alpha hydroxy that's great for sloughing away dead skin cells and unclogging pores.  Apply a thin layer to clean skin and leave for 10 minutes before rinsing.  You can also whip it into a protein-rich mask.  Whisk together 1/2 cup full-fat yogurt, 3 tablespoons honey, and 1 egg yolk.  Apply to hair, put on a shower cap, and wait 15 minutes before rinsing and washing as usual....

 STRAWBERRIES.....
Studies show that both ellagic  acid and vitamin c in strawberries help protect skin from environmental damage, so using strawberries as part of an at-home beauty treatment could be beneficial. Try this.  Puree the berries in a blender and mix in chilled full fat plain yogurt and a squirt of lemon juice {it has antiseptic properties and may help lighten dark spots).  Apply the mixture to your face, leave it on fot 20 minutes, then rinse.
Strawberries are high levels of vitamin c and ellagic acid.  vitamin c is essential  for the production of collagen and acts as an antioxidant to prevent environmental damage.  It showed that that high intake of vitamin c was associated with a lower likelihood of wrinkles and skin dryness.
Ellagic acid increases skin's ability to hold moisture.  It has been shown to help fade dark spots caused by sun exposure.  A new way to work the fruit into your menu.  Add a touch of balsamic vinegar to pureed strawberries and use the mixture as a sweet sauce for grilled chicken.
Before using foods or beverages on skin or hair, do a patch test:  Prepare the item as suggested, swab a bit on the inside of your wrist, then wait 48 hours to see if you develop a reaction.  If not, proceed.....

COFFEE.....
Coffee has antioxidants to help protect skin from sun damage and help prevent the breakdown of collagen and elastin that leads to wrinkles and sagging.  For no more than 8 ounce cup a day, as coffee in large doses can dehydrate skin.  Another way to enjoy more of the buzzy beans:  Use finely ground coffee as part of spice rub for steak or beef.
The caffeine that's in coffee is a topical diuretic eyelids and is often used as an ingredient in cellulite creams because it temporarily gives skin a smoother appearance.  It's recommends using cooled coffee grounds as a scrub on thighs and buttocks, where cellulite tends to appear.
The scrubbing stimulates circulation, and the caffeine in the grounds has a temporary shrinking effect on the cellulite.  A coffee rinse can also deepen and richen the hue of brown hair.  Brew two cups of strong coffee and allow it to cool.  In the shower, shampoo, squeeze out excess moisture, pour the cooled coffee over strands and put on a shower cap.  At the end of your shower, rinse, then condition as usual ......

......."HOW TO COPE WITH LONELINESS?".......

We know that when we're lonely, we
do not need anyone to deliver the best sermon
or homily out just to keep quiet and sympathize
with us, allow us first to stop bleeding and
to to heal.  Here are some first aids-what we
must do when lonely or to help others who
are lonely.
     * Accept loneliness....There is always a time
to die, weep and mourn.  All things will come
pass....
      * Share loneliness with a willing and
concerned person who is not judgmental,
who will not blame us for being bad or foolish.
Prisoners and convicts can be the loneliest
persons in the world.  When we visit penitentiaries
and rehab centers, we must not be sanctimonious
but compassionable, willing to help our lost and
fallen brothers to start new lives.  By the way, it
is a great way to heal our pain when we minister
to others who are more miserable man ourselves.
     * When times are good, we must take  pleasure
in all that we do.  We must be happy whenever
and whenever we can.  For there is also a time
to dance, embrace, and rejoice.  Let us enjoy
delicious meals and the finest wine, wear scents
and fragrances for such give joy to the heart,
nibble on dark chocolates for there are healthy-
dark chocolates are antioxidants, good for clear
vision, and as everybody knows, they give a
dopamine "high" that trill which is similar to falling
in love....
      * Engage in productive activities, become busy
with creative tasks that we enjoy- painting, photography,
and sculpture.  Leave our house and explore faraway
places, take a bus or get away as far in other places.
Or simply get out of our house and exercise, or swim.....
     * Transcend loneliness....Survive it. Life's
"configurations" change overnight.  Tomorrow, we
wake up with a completely new perspective.  We must
avoid making major decisions when lonely.....
     * Do not fill emptiness with toxic elements such as
drugs, alcohol, and casual sex...
      * Always keep a true friends, a confidence.  Better
get maintain a group of trusted friends which can be
your local church's women's ministry or barangay
aerobics clubs.....

......"BE CAREFUL WHEN YOU PROMISE".......

Do not be rush with your mouth.
And let not your heart utter anything
hastily before God.  Therefore let your
your mouth be few.  When you make
a vow to God do not delay to pay it.
For He has no pleasure in fools.
Do not let your mouth cause your
flesh to sin, nor say before the messenger
of God that it was an error.
Why should God be angry at your
excuse and destroy the words of your
hands?  For in the multitude of dreams
and many words there is also vanity.
But fear God.........

........"THOUGHT IN THE MORNING".......

Are you so rushed during the day that
you find it hard to take even a few minutes
to spend with God?
Many people set aside time in the early
morning before they get caught up in the
hectic face of the day.
I read about a very busy man who
somehow manages to find time for giving
the day a spiritual jump-start.  Here's
the testimony of man about the value of
putting spiritual things first. He found out
that having a morning ritual, meditation or
some quiet reading time, can set the time
for the whole day.
Every morning, he spend a half-hour
reading the Bible, especially the book of
Proverbs.  There's so much wisdom there.
During the day if he encounter a frustrating
situation, he think back to one of the verses
that he read that morning.  In Mark's Gospel
he read, In the morning, having risen a long
whole before day light. He went out and
departed to a solitary place, and there he
prayed.
Do you take time to read God's word and
pray?  Try it in the morning, it can transform
your day.
Let Christ be first in your thoughts in
the morning and last in your thought at
night......

......."PLEASANT WORDS ARE A HONEYCOMB"......

"It is said that a man is only as good
as his word."
    A man who enjoys unnecessarily
criticizing others, who has a sharp
tongue, and is prone to gossip and
slander cannot be conceived of
as a good man.  There's a strange
causality to it.  A man who is unkind
and discouraging in his words merely
cause himself harm and ruin.  His own
words tear him down.
      Conversely, when we use our
words to help people when they
are in difficulty and when we speak
to our friends and family with warmth
and kindness then by that same law of
cause and effect, we build ourselves
up.  Simply a man must use his words
positively, encouraging, kindly, even
lovingly, only then can be deserve to
be called good man.
     "Pleasant words are a honeycomb,
sweet to the soul and healing to the bone"......

......."BELIEVE IN YOURSELF".......

People will not follow a leader
who does not have confidence in
himself.  In fact, people are naturally
attracted to people who convey
confidence.
Confidence is a characteristic of a
positive attitude.  The greatest
achievers and leaders remain confidence
regardless of circumstances.  Strong
confident leaders recognize and
appreciate confidence in others.
Confidence is not simply for show
confidence empowers.  Good leaders
have the ability to instill within their
people confidence in themselves......

....."MAKE YOUR HOME HAVEN".....

Home is the place where family
members go when they are tired
of being nice to other people.
To build a strong family, you have
to make your home a supportive
 environment.
In every person from the cradle
to the grave, there is a deep craving
 to be appreciated.
      Feeling appreciated brings out
the best in people.  And when that
appreciation comes in the home and
 coupled with acceptance,  love
and encouragement, the bonds between
family members grow, and the home
becomes a safe haven for everyone........

......"QUESTIONS ABOUT FITNESS".......

* Won't exercise increase my appetite and therefore keep me from losing weight?
This is a common misunderstanding.  With moderate physical training, there appetite-stimulating effect of
exercise is not readily apparent.  In fact, research suggest that an increase in physical acting in normally sedentary people may actually depress the desire to eat.
* Can't I lose weight simply by dieting,  without exercise?
Yes, indeed.  But with diet alone you lose muscle tissue as well as fat.  When you exercise, most of the weight lost will be fat.  For over all fitness it makes eminent sense to exercise while you diet, moreover,a diet-exercise combination should help make your weight lose more permanent by reducing hunger and other psychological stress.
* Will specific exercise remove fat from specific parts of the body?
No.  However, since fat is reduced proportionately throughout the body, it will disappear from the trunk faster than from the extremities.  In other words, your belly will diminish before your thighs.
* Is it possible to reduce the number of fat cells in the body?
Unfortunately, once you become an adult you can no longer reduce the number of your fat cells.  Moderate food intake combined with vigorous exercise early in life helps prevent the proliferation of fat cells.
* Can I change fat into muscles?
Fat does not change into muscle (or muscle into fat).  If you eat too much and exercise too little, any calories beyond those you need to fuel your body will be stored as far, regardless of whether these excess calories are from carbohydrates, fats or proteins.
* Will I lose more weight if I sweat heavily while exercising?
You will lose weight immediately after exercising, but that is due to fluid loss, not diminishing fat tissue.  This fluid will be replaced very shortly by normal thirst, so don't be fooled.  And be sure to drink water prior to, during and after vigorous exercise to prevent dehydration.
* Isn't it best to exercise on hot, humid days when our bodies perspire more heavily?
Just the opposite is true.  When the air is too humid to evaporate the sweat from our skin, the body may overheat.  When it is not and muggy, adjust your exercise so you don't overdo it.
* Are salt tablets useful?
Under no circumstances should you routinely take salt tablets.  Experts agree that the easiest and best way to replace the salt lost by sweating during exercise is to sprinkle a little extra on your food.  Too much salt can aggravate high blood pressure, irritate the stomach, and actually create an unfavorable water distribution in the body.
*What's the best way to recover following vigorous exercise?
Don't sit or immediately become inactive, walk around for five  to ten minutes.  This helps shorten your recovery time and permits the heart and circulation to return gradually to normal.
* Are vitamins important for sudden bursts of energy?
Yes.  They are also important for stamina because they help to metabolize food into energy.  But they do not themselves contain energy.  Most people have all the vitamins they need if they eat a well-balanced diet.  Taking pills will not provide additional energy, and taking an excess of vitamins A and D can be harmful.
* How important is protient in exercise?
The athlete's classic high-protient  pre-game meal of steak and eggs may be satisfying to the athletes, coach and restauranteur, but it's benefits for exercise performance are questionable. In fact, such a meal may actually be detrimental to optional performance, since protient is the least efficient nourishment from which the body can produce energy.  For energy, we command carbohydrates and fat.  And at least 50 percent of your fat intake should be in the form of unsaturated fats, which are generally of vegetables rather than animal origin.
* What is the function of carbohydrates in exercise?
They provide raped energy without an increase in oxygen use.  This helps you engage in any all out, intense exercise.  It is also of crucial importance in prolonged moderate exercise when marathon runners hit the wall, they have plenty of fat to continue, but their liver and muscles carbohydrates reserves are almost gone.  Similarly, low carbohydrates diets often lead to chronic fatigue.
* Won't excess carbohydrates make me fat?
Absolutely, but only if you take in more calories than you burn up.  The body then converts the extra carbohydrates to fat.
* What are the effects of cigarette smoking  on exercise?
The regular smokers tends to show a decrease in lung capacity.  While this may have only a minor effect on  light excise.  It can be a handicap during more vigorous exercise because the total oxygen available for muscular activity is reduced.
* Should I wear heavy clothing when exercising in cold weather?
Only during the first few minutes, until your metabolic rate has picked up.  Cross country skiers find it  preferable to wear several thin layers of clothing rather than one heavy outer garment, and to remove a layer at a time as the body warms up.
* Won't frigid air harm my lungs?
Exercising in cold temperatures does produce an uncomfortable dryness in and certain types of heart decease.
* Can exercise reverse  or retard the normal aging process?
A 60 year old  who has been exercising regularly is often in vastly better shape than a sedentary 20 year old.  While exercise is no fountain of youth, people of all ages who exercise regularly will improve their ability to function.....

......."ALL ABOUT MARIJUANA"........

.....Marijuana.....

     Smoking marijuana may be seriously
injurious to health.  It's measurable harm
to diverse body organ, above all, to the
brain and reproductive organs.
      Millions who smoke marijuana, mounting
evidence indicates that pot smokers may be
unwittingly damaging their brains and decreasing
their chances of conceiving and producing
completely healthy offspring.
     Marijuana's injurious effects on reproduction,
lungs, cellular metabolism and the brains and
soluble in fat.  They are attracted to the body's
fatty organs.
One of the symptoms of pot smokers is
impairment of short-term memory.  Effects on
sex-research result in lowered sperm count
and in a greater number of abnormally shaped
sperm.
Today's pot smoker may not only be damaging
his own mind and body, but may be playing
genetic roulette and shadow across children and
grandchildren yet unborn.

......"WAYS TO PROTECT YOUR KIDNEYS"......

.....Ways to Protect your Kidneys......

As we grow older, our kidneys also start to age, hence we need to protect them.  Another problem with kidney diseases is that majority of patients have no warning symptoms.  Occasionally, some patient may notice leg swelling, which prompts a doctor's consult.

* Limit your salt intake....Too much salt is not only bad for your blood pressure, it also bad for your kidneys. The problem with salt is that it encourage the body to retain water, and can increase your blood pressure which damages the kidneys.
* Don't load up on high protein foods....Did you know that eating too much protein, such as pork and beef meat, can over work your kidneys?  It's true.  It explains that too much protein makes the kidney work twice as hard. Eat a balanced diet of rice, vegetables, fish and fruits and you can't go wrong.
* Keep your blood pressure at 130/80 or lower.... To help control blood pressure, you should limit your salt intake, reduce weight and take medicine for high blood pressure, if needed.
* Keep your blood sugar below 120 mg/dl.....Diabetes and blood pressure are two leading cause of kidney failure. Diabetes affects almost all organs of the body.  A person with uncontrolled diabetes for five to 10 years may develop significant kidney damage.  Consult your doctor and keep your blood sugar under control with diet, exercise, and maintenance medicines.
* Drink eight glasses of water a day....Doctors usually advice people to take in eight glasses of water a day,
but this really depends on your age and conditions.  Drinking enough water also presents the formation of
kidney stones, a painful condition which, if left untreated can also lead to kidney failure.
* Watch your intake of pain relievers and other drugs....Taking pain relievers like mefenamic acid, ibuprofen, for a prolonged period of time may cause kidney damage, because of this,
we should limit these medicine to only a week, or just take them as needed.  Antibiotics can also cause
kidney damage.  Check with your doctor first.
* Be careful with tests and procedures using contrast dyes....Some test, like CT scans and MRS, use a
contrast dye which helps doctors delineate the organs better.  The problems with such dyes is that they can
cause kidney damage, especially in the elderly and those with previous kidney disease.....
* Don't take too much Vitamin C.... Some patients are fond of taking high doses of Vitamin C, such as in the 2,000 mg. range.  The doctor warns patients against using such high doses.  Too much Vitamin C (ascorbic acid) can lead to the formation of kidney stones in predisposed individuals.  If you need to take Vitamin C, a dose of 500 mg. or less is safe.
* Don't rely on food supplements to protect your kidneys..... According to doctor there is still no food supplement that has been scientifically proven to protect the kidney.  The above tips are so far the best  tips to care for the kidneys.
* Get a kidney check-up.....Simple tests, such as complete blood count.  Patients with diabetes and high blood pressure should also be checked for early kidney disease.
 * Bottom line is:  Kidney diseases are expensive and difficult to treat.  Let's take the necessary steps to protect our kidneys today.......

.....MALUNGGAY ( Moringa Oleifera).......

....Malunggay......

Moringa oleifera can provide the right
quantity of vitamins, minerals, photochemical,
and the natural chlorophyll, which needed by
the body everyday, with the stresses and
 illnesses facing us today.
I believe that the Philippines must seriously
look into the many health benefits from the
lowly malunggay tree acknowledged as the
miracle tree.
A pure malunggay or moringa leaf and
seeds oil extract can help increase energy,
strengthen the immune system, manage diabetes
sugar levels, and even fight cancer.
Moringa has been used for inflammation,
malnutrition, wounds from deficiency, and
other conditions.
       Chlorophyll can cleanse our organ,
deliver oxygen to all of our tissues, and
encourage the growth of good aerobic
intestinal bacteria.  It can also alkalize
our body to be more resistant to  disease.
It can likewise help fight heart disease,

....."IT'S FATHER'S DAY".....

...A happy Father's Day.....

Father's day is a day that the world
 has designated to honor father,
feels different at different times in a
father's life.
It's father's day in the Philippines, every
moment always presents opportunities for
mom, sons and daughters to make Dad feel
loved.  Letting Dad have whatever he wants.
Or treating the whole family for father's day,
dinner buffet at the restaurant or somewhere
that the family would happily stay in whole
getting a taste of the food variety.
For the father's day, it's always sweet.
Children would make cards showing their love
for their Dad and their Dad adored the romantic
idealization of being  called the world's greatest
Dad.
But some children move into their teenage years,
their feelings about you change.  To many teens, father's
day is no longer so special. They may or may not be
available for or even excited about a planned family
dinner to celebrate the occasion depending on how
they are feeling.  At certain stages father's day comes
with mixed feelings.
As father, he should cherish those moments when he
sat with their kids and was able to really communicate
with them or when he felt that he shared something
really special.  There would be a teachable and learning
moments for both parents and children when they are
all together.
One of the most important thing a father can give
his children is help them be the best, happiest human
beings they are meant to be.  And one way to do
that is for them to see their father not just someone
who pays the bills and sacrifices for them
but also as a happy and loving person.
The greatest thing that father can teach  them is
how to succeed at being happy and pursue what makes
their feel alive and creative....
.....Happy Father's Day to all fathers in the world.....
