Earthquake is considered a natural hazard 
but it outside the climate phenomenon.  
Unlike natural calamities like typhoons, 
hurricanes and cyclone that are predictable.
Earthquakes are different phenomenon that not
even experts can predict with certainty and accuracy as to when it will specifically happen, how strong, and where it would strike. The people  are being  warned to prepare for a situation where sea level is foreseen to rise by two meters to five meters high that scenario.
     It will be more costly for government of
most vulnerable countries like the Philippines,
if they would not invest more on CCA/DRR measures.
Our leaders must not wait for another big calamity
to happen before we become prepared for disaster.
